Organization Chart
Management of Janakalyan is vested in the Governing Board of Janakalyan while the day to day affairs of the organization to fulfill its objectives is entrusted to a Management Team headed by the Executive Director. The responsibilities of managing the organization and its activities are further delegated to various teams as stated below in the Organization Chart .
Chairperson
Chairperson is the supreme of Janakalyan, elected annually by the Governing Board consisting of 7 members
Secretary
Secretary is the constitutional head of the organization and custodian of all properties of Janakalyan
Executive Director
Executive Director is the CEO of Janakalyan and ex-officio member to Governing Board having operational and management powers of all activities of Janakalyan.
General Body
Janakalyan has a very supportive general body because it consists of the members from the target communities also. One SHG member is also inducted as a member; further, few farmers from the operational villages are taken into the body so that they can also provide inputs while designing any products for the farming communities. One can also find few external experts in the Body. This is to get their ideas and suggestions to improve upon our ideas or products as they have more exposure than we do in the development sector.
