Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 requires Janakalyan to file the Annual Documents such proceedings of Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with a copy of notice, list of newly constituted Governing Board and audit report every year in the month of July. Janakalyan has filed the documents every year and obtained renewal certificates which can be viewed to justify its compliance. This also justify that Janakalyan is functional as per the law for the current financial year.
